The fabric and the filling decide how a cushion lives outdoors
We keep our material story simple: what the fabric is, what sits inside the cover, and how far both can be adapted to your project.
01 — Fabric
Solution-dyed acrylic and polyester
In solution dyeing, pigment is added while the fiber is still liquid, so color becomes part of the fiber instead of a coating applied afterwards. That is why the shade stays consistent through the material as the cushion ages outdoors.
- Sun exposure
- Built for prolonged outdoor exposure rather than occasional use.
- Water repellency
- A water repellent finish helps the surface shed moisture.
- Color & weathering
- Pigment is locked into the fiber, resisting fading and weathering.
- Abrasion
- Dense weave constructions hold up to repeated contact and cleaning.
- Environmentally responsible
- Solution dyeing consumes less water and energy than conventional piece dyeing.

02 — Filling
High-density foam and pearl ball fiber
Each product category is filled according to how it is used — supportive foam where the body rests, soft fiber where comfort and recovery matter.
High-density, high-rebound foam
Used for seat cushions (40D), back cushions (35D) and bolsters (40D). Foam firmness can be adjusted to the seating comfort your project requires.
Pearl ball fiber
Used for throw pillows and lumbar pillows, and available as an alternative filling for back cushions. Ball-fiber weight can be adjusted where the filling is customizable.

Size
Standard sizes are available, with length, width and thickness tailored to your furniture and project requirements.
Filling
Standard fillings are available; foam firmness and ball-fiber weight can be adjusted where applicable.
Fabric
Choose from our texture and color library, with custom solution-dyed fabrics available at agreed quantities.
Shape
Custom contours, curves and rounded corners can be developed to fit specific furniture frames.
Edge & Construction
Pillows: piping, knife edge or flange. Cushions: panel, waterfall or box construction, with optional piping.
Accessories
Fastening methods, zipper placement and hang tags can be adapted to project and brand needs.
